They have other computers on the network running Windows 10 Pro, that it works fine on.īut the manager's computers in question, doesn't appear to have the correct information in the DMI or other Bios unique data to satisfy their licensing process. This software has a licensing scheme that pulls unique data from the Bios to positively identify the computer at each program startup. They recently upgraded this machine to Windows 10, and a newer version of RO Writer. He has a proprietary software, RO Writer, (auto repair facility), that they have been using for years. The computer works fine, and is a powerhouse Xeon workstation with Quadro graphics. I have a client with a Dell Precision Tower 3620.
